Description:

  • Full bridge for both low and high side.
  • Input voltage: 12Vdc up to 100Vdc.
  • Output Voltage: Up to 400Vdc
  • Ratted Power: 2KW
  • Power supply: 5Vdc power supply with reverse polarity protection
  • Digital interface: 4 PWMs signals converted to 8 PWMs in the board for saving MCUs resources.
  • Analog interface*:
    • 2 isolated currents sensor.
    • 2 Isolated voltage sensors for low and high side.
  • Drive boards*: 4 IGBT/MOSFET drive isolated drive modules.
  • Switching frequency: up to 100KHz constrained by power, circuit parameters and installed MOSFETs.
  • Control: can be controlled through the connection header.
